    The Havering Museum is open but with reduced hours

    The Havering Museum will reopen on Friday 23rd July 2021 at 11am.  Initially we will be open two days a week on Wednesday and Fridays from 11am till 5pm, last entry is 4pm. If there are no visitors onsite after 4pm we may shut up early.

    If you are making a special visit to the Museum, we’d advise you to phone first. We are running with a smaller team of volunteers than usual and if they get  asked to isolate we may not have enough staff to open safely.

    • Although not mandatory, we encourage all visitors to wear face masks for their own well being and that of our volunteers.
    • Test & Trace QR code and contact sheets are available for those that wish to use them.

    A few tickets are still available for Peter Owen’s ‘In the Footsteps of Heroes’ walk around the former RAF Hornchurch site. More details on our ‘What’s On‘ page.
