Get hands on with wildlife by making your own bird feeder or origami, at the Havering Museum. A great family fun workshop for those looking for some messy fun.
There are two separate workshops being hosted. They both contain the option to either make a bird feeder or get involved in origami sculpting, so feel free to either come along to the morning or afternoon session.
These are fun, informal and friendly and assume no previous knowledge. Attendees are encouraged to engage with a variety of artists within the designated topic and build up their repertoire in appraising art.
Come along to our new monthly event, which is replacing the Variety Club. The museum is hosting lectures on various different topics on the second Thursday of each month. This month's topic is Vivian Maier: Street Photographer Extraordinaire Revisited by Dr Ian Browne.
A re-examination of the mysterious life of prolific 20th century street photographer Vivian Maier. Utilising new photographs and material.
