Havering Music Scene 1950s – 1980 - Saturday, 3 May – Friday, 13 June 2025
A fun and vibrant exhibition capturing the famous artists who visited the area, The Beatles, Adam Faith, Johnny Kidd and the Pirates (Shakin All Over) etc. plus the music and fashion.
The End of World War II: VE Day and VJ Day - Saturday, 9 August – Wednesday, 17 September 2025
A commemorative exhibition paying tribute to those involved and capturing local heroes' stories.

Regular Events/Groups
FoHM was set up in 2000 to support and promote the aims of Havering Museum. They provide an exclusive and exciting programme of events which are designed for members.
The Museum's photographic group meet on the first Thursday of every month from 1.30 pm - 3.30 pm - £5 per event.
Friday, Fortnightly JUST TURN UP! 11:00 – 12:30 This is a community led meeting independent of the museum. Come and say hello to find out more. From Friday 14 June.
Our popular reminiscence sessions take place most Friday afternoons between 1.30pm and 3.30pm. Sessions cost £3 which includes entry to the Museum and refreshments. No need to book, just pay on the day. Bring your photographs and memories to share or just come to listen to others.
If you run a club and would like a special talk then contact the Museum as we have a wide range of talks and speakers available. Museum promotional talks are free but all other talks are chargeable. Contact the museum at:
