CHRIS “KES” COLE – 7th July 1936 – 18th May 2019

We are sad to announce the loss of our former volunteer Chris “Kes” Cole who died on Saturday 18th May while on holiday in Sorrento, Italy, with his wife Sylvia.
Kes had been a front of house volunteer at the Museum since May 2010 and stepped down from this role around 18 months ago. However, during the last two years, Kes continued to be an active member of the Museum’s thriving Photographic Group.

Kes will be greatly missed by all for his very informative guided gallery tours, poems and jokes.
