Easter Family Fun Activities
Havering Museum has some exciting and entertaining Family Fun activities this Easter Holiday.
African Music & Dumming – Saturday 31 March 2012, 12 noon to 1 pm
This fun and energising activity will focus on African musical skills and learning to play Djembe drums. Learn different African songs and chants and the importance of music to African culture. No prior knowledge is needed.
African Dancing – Wednesday 4 2012, 12 noon to 1 pm
Discover the origin and values of African Dancing in this family fun session. Learn to move different parts of your body to African drumming and celebrate the story and history of the dance. No prior knowledge is needed.
Easter Family Fun – Thursday 5 April 2012, 12 noon to 1 pm
Explore the Havering Museum galleries in this Easter Family Fun activity. Make your own Easter bonnet and participate in other fun art and crafts.
