Havering Museum’s Titanic Poster Artwork and Creative Writing Competitions, Sponsored by Mullis & Peake
TITANIC WINNERS!
The Museum received terrific entries from primary school children in Havering. The competition criteria was for children to produce poster artwork which depicts the story of the Titanic and the creative writing to compile a poem or another form of writing to tell the story.
The judges were very impressed with the artwork and creative writing entries and thanked everyone for all their efforts. The winning entries along with three of the judges including Jo Briton from Mullis & Peake who sponsored the completion.

Prizes
1st – 10″ Tablet and two free class visits to the Titanic Exhibition
2nd – 4 Cinema tickets and a free school visit to the Titanic Exhibition
3rd – 2 Adult season tickets to Havering Museum, £15 Museum shop voucher and a free school visit to the Titanic Exhibition
All children will receive their prizes at the Award Ceremony at Havering Museum on Saturday, 17th March at 1.00pm. Prizes will be presented by a representative of Mullis & Peake.
The winning artwork will be incorporated into posters which will advertise the Titanic Exhibition. Within the exhibition the children’s work will be shown and the creative writing read out on TimeFM.
