Last Days of the Titanic Exhibition and Great Raffle Prizes To Be Won!

The Titanic: Honour & Glory Exhibition will shortly be setting sail again and will be leaving Havering Museum.   The last day people will be able to see the Exhibition, which has five significant links to the Borough, will be Saturday, 1st September.  Ellen Owen, Director said: “The five months which the Titanic Exhibition has been with us has flown by and has attracted a lot of visitors.  We are going to make the last day very special with mini-guided tours throughout the day.  A raffle will take place on the day, when visitors will get the chance to win a replica of the “Heart of the Ocean” necklace as worn by Kate Winslet in the 1997 Titanic film. Second Prize is an original painting of the sinking, produced by a local artist. Tickets can only be purchased on the day so I urge you to come along to the Museum and support the occasion.”
